Storvik Baronial Birthday and Investiture
September 17- 19, 2010

Come celebrate the birth of the great Barony of Storvik! There will be
feasting, fighting, and much merriment! Their Royal Highnesses will
officiate as we say farewell to our beloved Baron and Baroness and hail the
new baronage, William le Younger and Sorcha Crowe.

Just added to the schedule: Youth combat!

Martial Activities: Heavy fighting (melee), youth combat, rapier and target
archery. Baronial champions will be chosen this day – make sure to get your
favor at the MoL’s table if you wish to be considered.

A&S: Afternoon brewers’ roundtable at 2pm; please bring something homebrewed
to share if possible. Also an A&S display with a Norse theme. Brewing: There
will be a brewing roundtable starting at 2pm, followed by a “cocktail party”
before Court. Please bring something, preferably homebrewed, to the
roundtable. Boasting: There will be a boasting competition during Feast.
Bring it!

11441 Cherry Hill Road #104 Beltsville, MD 20705 (703) 966-0787 – no calls
after 9:00 pm. Make checks payable to SCA Inc/Barony of Storvik. Cost is $8
for adults (plus $5 non-member surcharge), $3 for youth 6-17 (no NMS) and
free for children 5 and under. Feast is $8 per seat.
