[MR] a few words about Crown Tourney

I was about to say "Four", but after checking the Atlantian Order of
Precedence, I find that Duke Bertrand was  knighted before he fought
in Atlantia's second Crown.  He had been King of the East, and
Territorial Prince of Atlantia, as an unbelt.
