[MR] a few words about Crown Tourney

I agree with her Excellency!

Having fought in my own right as an Unbelt, I fully understand the glory
that is Crown tourney. I have been playing in the Dream over 20 years and
have seen many tourneys, but truly it has come to pass that the numbers have
dwindled.

I encourage all unbelts to come and make your presence known.
