[MR] Reply change??

even though there have been numerous complaints about the way its set up (ie
replying only to the sender) it has been this way for at least 10 years.  if
you just hit reply it will only go to the sender which doesnt make a whole
lot of sense for a community mailing list.

In the last week I have noticed that when I reply to a message I reply to
the person and NOT to the Merry Rose list. Previously the reply was to the
List. I haven't changed anything on my end, so has there been a change in
the reply defaults at the Tavern? If so why?
