[MR] Reply change??

Your Excellency,

I don't know what magic you were using before but the "reply to" the
sender instead of the list has been in effect for more than a year -
in fact I want to say it was about two years ago that we last had this
discussion on the list, but I'm not willing to go back and look up the
dates.
