[MR] Break Fast

Something filling, but not super-heavy, with a good mix of carbs and
protein.  I really like oatmeal with bacon & honey in it (Baron Khadir's
patented, or at least it should be, Pennsic oatmeal), or eggs with toast,
pancakes, or some other bread-like breakfast food.  Juice is also a very
good thing, so that I actually drink something hydrating after I've had my
coffee.
