Greetings,

Thanks for all of you who have attempted to answer the question so far!

However, I am afraid I apparently did not make my request for  
information clear enough.

The information I am looking for is as follows:

Origins of the beans used in Turkish Coffee in period (the end of the  
period covered by the SCA preferred).  In other words, where were the  
things grown that were consumed in Turkey?
Methods and tools of roasting coffee beans in period (ditto).
Tools and methods used for grinding the beans in period (ditto).
Tools and method of making the coffee drink in period (ditto).
