Greetings, all.

We almost never post here but we do read the Merry Rose. We have to second Duke Logan wholeheartedly: we are absolutely fascinated by the entire BSA string and disgusted with the jello wrestling posts, as well as bored of deleting endless silk cloak angst. But do we think anyone wants to hear about our preferences? Not in the least. It's like going to a dinner party: if you do not find the gentleman on your left interesting, you turn to the right. There should be room in the tavern for the couth, the uncouth, and everything inbetween. Please do not not tell your fellow tavern-goer what to talk about. The sheer number and vehemence of posts on all 3 of the aforementioned strings this week is evidence enough that multiple tavern-goers find these strings worthy of comment and attention. Let them be.

One positive thing has come from the BSA string . . . we have tussled with Duke Logan in the past over archery and such, but we find ouselves in whole-hearted, head-nodding, amen-inducing agreement with everything he has written.
