I am not sure that this is a non-SCA topic. It is about who, or what, we
_as_an_organization_ are willing to support.

It is one that has made me think, as with two teens my time has gone
more to Scouting and less to the SCA. As Logan notes, there are certain
policies at the National level which I find abhorrent, but I see no
evidence of them at the local level. (Please no BoD comparisons) That
doesn't make them non-existent.

Scouting has a lot to offer. Some of the policies at the top make it
clear that they do not offer those to everyone, and harshly judge those
of differing values.

How do we, as an organization, wish to address this dichotomy?

I don't know yet, but I am definitely having to think.
