University Policies

   1. New this Pennsic: no youth under the age of 18 may attend activities in
an A&S venue without a parent or legal guardian.
   2. No child-oriented classes may be held in private camps.
   3. A&S tents are not available for any private individual or household
parties in the evenings.
   4. No advance sign-ups for classes; just show up at the right time and
location. Students, the earlier you arrive, the better it will be for seating
and handouts/materials (if available).
   5. Teachers are allowed to limit the number of handouts or kits available.
They are, however, strongly encouraged to take any extra students waiting for
their class as auditors, unless this is a safety issue.
   6. Only classes officially registered with the Pennsic University and
following the University rules and regulations, are posted in the Pennsic A&S
schedule.

Class Locations
Pennsic University activities take place in several locations:

    * Class tents A&S 1 - A&S 14 (see map)

    * Performing Arts Pavilion, Dance Pavilion, Games' Tent (see map)

    * Main Battlefield, Tourney Fields (east side of the Battlefield), Archery
Range, Thrown Weapons Range (see map)

    * College of Performing Arts, Amphitheater - behind the merchants on the
Great Middle Hwy (see map)

    * Youth Point, Heralds' Point (next to Playground); (see map)

    * Middle Eastern Pavilion - east side of the Great Middle Hwy, on the hill
(see map)

    * Æthelmearc Scribal Pavilion, Private Camps, Merchant Booths: directions
available at A&S Point
