If you have any questions about merchanting or list field space, please contact me at 276-235-0617.  I will be on a last minute vacation, starting Saturday and will not have access to my email until after the event.  

There is currently plenty of room around the field, but if you wish to be sure of your space, please contact either via email before Saturday or by phone after Saturday noon.  The only guaranteed spots are the ones reserved, and the current list of reservations is listed below.  **I have an overactive spam filter, if you have emailed me and do not see your name below, please call me.
