[MR] OT: Rental housing leads in DC area?

My (soon to be former) housemate Mike, whom I've recruited* into the SCA, is
moving to the DC area. He's looking to rent a house with these qualities:
must take dogs (2, well behaved); 3 bedrooms sould be nice, 2 will
do; garage or workshop area; preferably a fenced yard. He's realistic about
the price.  If you have any leads, please let me know by private message and

*He plays and sings early music (this is where I met him), brews, does
beautiful woodworking, has a sizeable collection of swords and daggers ...
does this sound like someone destined for the SCA?
