[MR] Regarding the New Pennsic University Rule

Hello Everyone,

I discussed this with Lady Jolie', the Youth Pointe Coordinator.  Pennsic
University is separate from Youth Pointe, even if youth A & S classes are
offered.

My understanding that is this stemmed from the inability to fulfill the
two-deep and one of those persons having a background check requirement.
Pennsic University is too large and it was felt they could not require
background checks of all their instructors.  This is something that is being
looked at and their are hope to change the requirement of a parent or legal
guardian for older youth.  But the change will not occur this year, maybe at
future Pennsics.
