Actually, the policy states "parent or legal guardian".  This means that even if you are carrying the minor medical waiver, you can't supervise another's child at an A&S class.

This item is being actively discussed on the East Kingdom list. The cause
seems to be an application of Aethelmarc kingdom law, but it is a major change
in Pennsic policy, announced after the normal withdrawal (cancellation) date.
Some people think to cancel pennsic and demand a refund from their credit
card, on the grounds that this is a substantial change in the terms and
conditions made after the "sale". Some people note that there will be plenty
of unrelated adults in the class, so it's most unlikely that anything will
happen. Some people note that the "adult" accompanying the child need not be a
parent or even a relative.
