[MR] Ymir XXXVI Website Updates

Good morning,

In the last few days, there have been some major updates to the website for
the XXVI Tournament of Ymir to be held in Reidsville, NC,  February 18-20,
2011.

We would particularly like to draw attention to the planned Arts and
Sciences competitons and classes and the many types of planned martial
activities including archery, rapier, armoured, and youth.  A preliminary
schedule has been posted for all planned activities.

Cabin space is quickly filling up and feast space is already half-way sold
out.  All cabin and feast reservations must be made via ACCEPS (
http://acceps.ansteorra.org/regit/kingdom_event_display.php?kid=12).  For
more detailed pricing, reservation, and refund information, please see the
event website.

We have arranged for a group rate at two nearby hotels, but reservations
must be made by January 18th, 2011.  Hotel rates and contact information are
available on the event website.

Please note that there is an error in the Acorn flyer for Ymir.  Children 4
and under are free.  Children 5 and over must pay child event fees.  The
Acorn says children 6 and over pay.  ACCEPS and the event web site are
correct.
