Greetings fellow Atlantians,

The Highlands of Atlantia are experiencing some rather 'pour' weather today.

Have a little time on your hands? Think feathers.

During our Feast & Foolishness 2/A Parliament of Foules event on February
26th, there will be a prize competition of Best Feathered Headdress.

Since this is Feast & *Foolishness*, absolutely no documentation is
required.  Of course if you want to create your own documentation to go
along with your headdress by all means, create away. Winner is chosen by
populace vote.  Anyone, any age may enter.
The sky's the limit!  Tall or small, wide or made out of hide, you decide.
Be it lovely or just simply outrageous!

First place and runner up will be awarded.
