Sir Bryce,

It shouldn't surprise anyone. The whole state of Pennsylvania is under a
constant state of construction (or deconstruction). We've been going up
to New Hampshire almost every summer for 20 years, and the area around
Scranton has always been in a state of chaos. A couple of years back I
began keeping a count of construction zones on I-81 in Pennsylvania. The
usual number is 13 in some 200 miles.

Kind regards,

Lord Mungo Napier, Archer of Mallard Lodge

I shouldn't suggest that route late at night or pulling a trailer though. When we came through on the way up at about 10ish we had no delay at all.
