There are times, I swear, when I consider just adopting that as my modern
first name and giving over the one my parents gave me. It'd be easier on my
friends.

I find that I use titles too sporadically for a rule although when
addressing someone who is doing something 'official' (for instance, doing
organising of a camp or shared activity on our baronial list) I will use
their title. When talking about stuff, 'just shooting the breeze' online, I
don't. Until someone else does and then I am at a standstill - don't want to
cause them distress by being too informal, don't want to sound too formal. I
wonder what everyone else's 'rules' are?

Who is glad Bryce stuck to just one set of names. :)
