I apologize. I thought I was looking at a different site (consumer health
complete...what a difference a word makes), that's what I get for rushing
through without reading properly. For those who are actually interested I
went and searched some the health databases (CIANHL, Consumer Health
Complete, and Health Source) I get through work (and any NC resident with a
public or academic library card can get access to these...you can ask me
offlist if you want or need more information) and turned up a few articles
for those wanting to hunt them down. I can't place them here full text
