[MR] Shakespeare in the Park

The Upstate Shakespeare Festival opens tomorrow night, Thursday May 21st at 7pm in downtown Greenville, South Carolina's Falls Park on the Reedy River..  The evening's performance will be of William Shakespeare's beloved comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream, directed by John Fagan.   Bring a blanket, a chair, a picnic and your laughter.  The show is free, although donations are happily accepted.  If you can't make it to opening night, the production runs Thursday through Sunday at 7pm from May 21st through June 14th..  Get there early to claim your piece of grass and prepare to share the yard with fairies, lovers, nobles and craftsmen.  A concession stand will be on site with drinks and snacks available for a small fee.
