[MR] A word about fires and firebowls

This is not the first time such a thing has happened at that site - last
year as Marinus camp was packing out someone spotted smoke rising from the
treeline by the archery area - it too was a fire restarting due to hot coals
being dumped and left un attended.

Remember your scout training. Pour water on your coals and stir. Then check
for heat. If you can't touch the bits with your bare hand, add more water
until you can. Then add a little more 'for Smokie'.
