[MR] What's up with Combat Archers & Atlantia?

You are right. I let my anger get the better of me and I made assumptions and implications that I shouldn’t have. For that I apologize. I do not believe that there is a conspiracy, or organized effort, by the chivalry or heavy fighters of Atlantia to do away with Combat Archery. But, I do believe that there are a number of individuals that would love to see it happen. Having been a heavy fighter for over 25 years, I can understand where they are coming from. It stinks to get killed by someone you can’t strike back at.

As far as “keeping the Combat Archers numbers down,” I see it more as an effect then a goal. And, it’s more economics, then us just not liking the rulings. We spent a good deal of money to get our crossbows and bolts. If they get banned, we’ll have to buy all new gear, and I’m not sure how many of us can afford that.

And again, you are right that I should get all the facts before coming to a conclusion. Is there a Forum where this is discussed? I’ve spent the last couple of days trying to find a webpage or Forum that would tell me what was going on without any luck. That’s when I turned to this list. I know there are several of us that would be happy to help work out some of these issues, but we don’t know how to get involved in it. That’s part of the frustration!

Once again, I apologize for the implications and assumptions I made. I’ll try to do better next time!
