Good afternoon to all,
I would like to take a moment of everyone's time to say some thank you for fabulous, wonderful and marvelous day I had yesterday.
First and foremost I would like to thank the members of my team.  Duke Alaric Sartiano (glad we got to do this together), Master Aedan Aelwyn (so glad you could make it back), Lord Christopher Connaig (thank you Chris for that fabulous introduction), Lord Gregge the Archer (great shooting), Lord Ulf Edmundarson (a most valorous gentleman), and a young lady named Teresa, who although she has just authorized recently was willing to test her mettle against Atlantia's best.  You all gave me one of the best days I have had in a long time and I am greatly humbled and deeply honored that you were willing to fight for me.  Thank you and all the best to you all in the future.
An additional thank you to my noble husband, Duke Michael of Bedford, who depsite being one of the fiercest competitors around, gallantly offered to withdraw his team from field rather than face my team.  Needless to say, I did not accept his withdrawal and great fun was had by all, but the offer touched me deeply.
My thanks to Duchess Arielle for the founding inspiration for this tournament - she always has such great ideas!  Now it is up to us to make this better and better every year.
My gratitude to all the folks who worked so hard to make this day happen, Baroness Graciela, Master Nikolai, Mistress Nia, Baron Gaston, Mistress Alesia and all the others that I know I am missing the names of.  You all created a memorable day and founded what I am certain will become one of Atlantia's great traditions.
To the Ladies of the Order of the Rose.  Your inspiration for your teams and the joy of seeing you all there was lovely.
My final thanks go to all the other fighters who took the field yesterday.  The fighting was clean, you all looked to be having a great time and enjoying each other's company and the competition on the field. I look forward to watching you all in the future.
Thank you all for your patience with this rather lengthy missive, but such a notable day deserved a notable commendation.
