Virginia has always been pretty hard-core, but sounds like it is even moreso now.  Always toe the line in
VA, unless you likes consequences.  They give out LOTS of speeding tickets, for 5+ miles over.  Lots of 
places where speed is not posted also, esp. coming into small towns.  They will make you come all the way
back up there for driver re-education classes if you don't rise to the level of being thrown in jail.  Be 
forewarned.
