M'Lord...
Would not a Pelican or a Laurel serve to recognize those who excel in
the Armored Combat arena?
All peerages are equal, aren't they?
The "correct" place for honoring Rapier fighters (or archers, or
seige) would be with Knighthoods, as that is the Order dedicated to
"Those who Fight" (as opposed to "Those who Create" or "Those who
Serve".
However, seeing as how that is currently impossible (Corpora forbids
it, even if all the Knights out there today were to say Yea...an event
which would surely herald the apocalypse), then there are two choices:
1. Shoehorn people into an existing order, creating discord among
those already there ("Why should I judge this person?") or
2. Create a new order, allowing the different skill to be judged by
different people.
Of those, 2 makes far, far more sense to me.
