[MR] Non Peers DO have a voice in this matter

Howdy!

How is one to obtain the petition directly? Is it available to be downloaded
from the kingdom web site?

The mention of the 9 March deadline is the first I recall seeing a specific
date.

How are active peers who do not participate in the on-line lists supposed
to know of this? I know of two Laurels who are active but do not participate
in the on-line list and were not aware of the petition.
