The feast menu for Ymir XXXV has been posted on the event website

Note:  Dishes are subject to change based on availability. Please
contact our Head Cook (Lady Maria Beatriz la Mora at
hippy_dippy_dancer at yahoo.com) with any dietary concerns.

All event reservation information and a link to the online
registration system is available on the event website.

Also, if you wish to reserve a hotel room at the discounted rate your
reservation must be made by January 12, 2010.A group rate has been
negotiated at two local hotels.

Call the hotel directly and use the group name "SCA" when making your
reservation to receive the group rate.  If you need to cancel your
reservation please do at least 24 hours in advance, or one night will
be billed to your credit card.
