[MR] PS This is not an attack on Caer Mear!

Just want people to understand that my questions and examples are not meant to say "Caer Mear, do this!" I'm asking (etc) because I want to know what things were tried, what results happened, did people think about X, because I don't want to see dogs banned uniformly when sites allow it. Obviously the host group will do as they feel is best, but if there are things that people can think about doing to help minimize problems, well, I want to know and be able to help when needed. (does this make sense? Brain fried from grant submission...)
