[MR] Request of clarificaton on furry friends and events

We could all go on about things we've seen that shouldn't have happened, and what SOME people have done to create problems. Parents should also be resonsible for their kids, I have also seen kids under age 5 left to their own devices at events while their parents were on the fighting field. There are other areas we have 'faciliation'--like kids activiteis. Not required, but nice (and yes, parents still have to be warned 'this is not babysitting'). Heralds aren't required to cry announcements, you COULD say 'its everyone's responsibility to bring a watch", but its nice when someone steps forward to add a nice something extra. Event staff don't HAVE to leave tampons etc in women's rooms, it SHOULD be your responsibility to bring EVERYTHING you need, but it sure is nice to walk in a restroom and find you don't have to run off site after all.
