again, if we do that then we need to forget bjp and also pick a southern
site.  if we do one that is only convenient to those that live in the
northern boundary then we must equally pay special attention to those in the
southern boundary.  fall would logically be done in greenville or columbia,
maybe as far north as charlotte or rock hill, and spring could be in
richmond or charlottesville.  these locales are roughly 3 to 3.5 hours from
the borders of the kingdom.  bjp shows up to be 6 hours tops from any point
in the kingdom.  these times are all via google maps and do not count for
rush hour traffic issues nor do they count for actually driving the speed
limit on many of the interstates that lead to bjp (google said it would be
about an hour more for me to make it from columbia than it actually took).
personally i dont mind one crown in richmond and one here in columbia and i
would/will fight in both.

In all fairness to the northern most regions, I would suggest one Crown at
BJ Penn Camp and one more Northern.
Baronies close to each specific region enter the lottery if they wish and
can afford to do so.

At this point, I feel that we have wandered too far off topic. There is a
multitude of issues/questions/problems/**fears that can be discussed about
all of this. However, at this time the only real item on the table for
debate is the concept of a permanent site for Crown Tournament (Fall and
Spring). The site would be Betsy Jeff Penn 4H camp in Reidsville, NC. The
hosting group would be determined by lottery. If the seated monarchs wish to
move Crown, they will have that prerogative, as long as the new bid covers
any fee that may be incurred from canceling.*
