If you wanted to be fair, you'd probably have to have three basic regions
for crown tournaments: MD, SC, VA/NC border area. Crowns to rotate between
the three. If 3 out of 4 crown tournaments happen in MD, that's not very
fair to southerners. If 3 out of 4 crown tournaments happen in SC, that's
not very fair to the northerners.
