I did include 6.2.1.1 on purpose :-)

Crown Tournament got moved back over to the Crown post me, so I don't 
tend to think of it, and is a better example of an event with a short 
lead time than Coronation. Coronation will generally always be the 
exception, because those who win Crown should really get to pick 
where their Coronation is. (But it was always a shock for new Crowns 
when one of the first questions to them is, "so where will your 
coronation be) :-)  )

That still leaves a lot of kingdom events (all of which need bids!) 
that aren't dependent on the reign.
