Well....per 6.2.1.1....we can't put bids in for Coronation until
someone wins Crown.

Assuming a mere 2 weeks to put in bids and 2 weeks to decide...that
means it's a maximum of 5 months remaining before the event for an
acceptance.

A lot of sites are rented out a long time before that.
