[MR] and now the business stuff starts

So let me see if I have this right...

- We would contract with this site (which I agree, is a lovely site)
to host all of our Crown Tourneys for some period of time (3-4 years?)

- The responsibility for hosting Crown would rotate amongst the groups
of the Kingdom, so everyone still gets to host.

- There would be a small, but manageable and potentially avoidable,
penalty if a Crown were to be moved somewhere, due to either an
incoming set of Monarchs desiring it elsewhere or a bid of
overwhelming quality being put into play

If that's the gist of the plan, I think it has definite potential and
would be a good thing to pursue.

I would wonder how to ensure that folks in Windmaster's (at least, I
believe the site is in Windmaster's lands, substitute the appropriate
group if I'm off) don't get overly relied on to handle things with the
site. If the autocrat comes from Bright Hills, for example, he or she
presumably isn't going to get to site a heck of a lot of times before
the weekend of the event. I would be concerned about overreliance on
the local resources to the point of draining them. I'm sure it's
avoidable though.

I would also wonder how the financial aspects of this would work.
Currently, one of the benefits to a local group of hosting a Big
Kingdom Event is that it can provide a significant shot in the arm to
their finances, as they retain half of the event profits, which can be
significant for an event that tends to get large crowds, like Crown.
Groups have to pay the bills, and events are our best way to do so...

But, as a default "We've got this site, you can look at somewhere else
if you want, but realize you may be on the hook for a fee" option,I
think that's a good idea. It does kinda make it so the groups at the
edges of the Kingdom will always be driving...and that is
unfortunate...but I'm not sure it's dramatically different than the
current "okay, this time it's a 30minute drive, but in 6 months it may
be 12 1/2 hours" we have currentlty.

(an idea about locating Crowns at a central site)
