I recall doing scorecards for baseball games, but
that's a much slower sport. {Someplace I may
still have Don Larson's perfect game.) However, I
once found a page on which a coach describes how he keeps records.
It would have to be modified substantially for
sword and shield, and even more for pole arms,
but the following might give someone a few ideas.
