[MR] Looking for Merchant

At Holiday Fair there was a merchant selling some nice leather
gorgets.  I have been kicking myself for not buying one while I was
there.  I am hoping someone might be able to point me in the right
direction.  He was relatively just inside the door on the left.  I
remember that there was also a stand with metal plates for lamellar
there as well.

Of course, if anyone has any suggestions for a good merchant of
leather gorgets that might not be this person I am open to that as
well.
