Here are answers to the two questions I have been asked about the most 
about the KASF side board.


The Sausage

It comes from a farm run by our own Sir Gunther Addis. Here is the website

If you are interested in finding out how you can get some of their 
products go ahead and contact them. If you are near Raleigh they do have 
a booth at the Farmers Market.


The Pretzels

The recipe came from

It you want it more doughy cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

The parchment paper is not required if you don't mind cleaning the 
baking sheet between runs.

Also since Pretzel salt only has one used we skipped that and just used 
coarse kosher salt lightly on them at KASF.
