KASF was a fantastic event, and I think much fun was had by all. There were
some truly amazing works on display and in the competitions, and I can't
wait to see the pictures folks took of it all. The event staff is to be
commended on a wonderful day, terrific day-board, and a generally fun event.
:-) 

 

I also especially wanted to thank the folks who set up the donations-only
coffee shop at KASF this weekend. You were WONDERFUL!!!! What a great idea,
and a terrific service, especially for a crowd that's notorious for staying
up to the wee hours the night before an event, trying to finish up A&S
projects. :P I know a number of people were incredibly grateful that you
were there with the shop of caffeiney goodness, and I am very thankful that
you were, as I didn't have a car and couldn't get off-site to get more
caffeine. :-) And the chocolate coffee was just. *swoon* what I really
needed. It helped me get through the rest of the day, and was very much
appreciated. Thanks for knowing I needed that, when I thought I just wanted
hot cocoa. :-)
