Greetings Atlantia,

I have never been more proud of My Kingdom than I was at the War this past
week. I was deeply impressed by the giving, friendly gentles who attended
the war. Our fighters were strong and courteous, our scribes made many
scrolls in the scriptorium, our archers shot wonderfully and our rapier
fighters showed tremendous skill. Our equestrian riders were on hand to
help with the processional and the jousting demonstrations.

A couple of highlights:

The five man team heavy tourney was won by the Atlantian Team captained by
Sir Marc d’Aubigny.

Lord Connor fought deeply into the Rose’s Rapier Tourney for her Majesty.

6 of the final 7 squires in the Squires Tournament hosted by Prince Sinclair
were from Atlantia. It was won this year by Lord William Thomas winning
over Lord Afshin Darius.

The final 2 in the Rose’s Squires Tourney were Atlantian where Lord William
Thomas was victorious over Lord Jonathan Blackbow.

One archer, Lord Christophe of Grey, shot a perfect score at the 20 yard
mark.

In the rapier Ravine battle, the rapier fighters lead by Lord Dominyk worked
so well as a unit, that they were able to hold one of the flags with little
support despite the fact that we only had 5 rapier fighters there, plus His
Highness!

I have always been proud to call Atlantia my home, but never more so than
after seeing a small group of gentles show the rest of the Knowne World the
passion, skill and drive of the Atlantian people. A special thank you to
the Lords and Ladies who took time out of their Gulf Wars to attend Us both.
Without their effort and sacrifice, Our event would not have been as
organized and enjoyable as it was.

Thank you for all of your hard work in making this the finest kingdom. You
make me proud to be your Princess.

Kari
