[MR] New Search feature for backlog database

Greetings Atlantia from you Clerk Signet,



I would like to announce that thanks to Lady Cassandra , our Kingdom 
Webminister, our backlog database now has a SEARCH feature for names. That's 
right, put in a name and it brings up all the awards and the scroll status 
for that person. This will make verifying your scrolls that much easier.



Please Atlantia, check out the search feature, verify your scrolls and send 
me an email with any updates. Then check out your friends and see what 
scrolls they need. Find one that you can do for them in the coming year. Let 
me know so I can mark it as assigned.



We are slowly but steadily decreasing the number of unknown and backlog 
scrolls. Thank you to all who have already sent me their updates.
