I fear that I will be unable to attend Defending the Gate and am saddened at missing the glorious celebration of our current and incoming Baron and Baroness, for I am very fond of Colum and Brianna, and know that our incoming Baron and Baroness will fare well. Stierbach is a wonderful and warm place to be.

As you celebrate, please know that my heart is with you, as I journey on a large bird this Saturday morn, who will deliver me, and my Lord Shown to the colorful lands of San Juan. We will board a huge pirate ship there and follow the tides to explore the warm Caribbean lands. With new foods, artisans, colorful drinks and many intoxicating explorations, I will return with spices, fabrics and jewels to my home in Atlantia!
