[MR] GI's jousting

I was sent a military MOTIVATIONAL series of PP slides to convert and among them there is a great shot of two GI's in some desert type area (unknown) jousting on bikes with some sort of padded end sticks.  The jousting field is outlined with bottled water.  Gee, do you think it's someone we might know??
