[MR] Help for new person in Marietta,GA

Yep, Shire of Owl's Nest.

When I first started looking for my local group, I found a search link right on the "Resources and Information for Newcomers "page off the main society page.  Put your zip in and it told you the local group, or groups that you fall under.  That was only about 18mo ago, but it doesn't seem to be there any more.

Have a person in Marietta wanting to check out the SCA. After using our state of the art search engines to find a local group there, I've decided the best way to find some contacts is to just ask around on message boards. There's no way a newbie is going to be able to navigate all that stuff and find someone. :-( 10 minutes of searching, and I still can't, and I'm not even a newbie. 
 
Anyone know who I can put my friend in contact with?
