[MR] newcomers (And white belts)

I have never personally seen a knight get upset over a
new person wearing a white belt either.

But, personally I make a rather large effort to have a
new comers class before my group's new comers attend
an event. I brush them up on some things they may see.
How to be proper in court. Pointy hats and how we will
break it down at a later date but for now, simply bow
and curtsey if one crosses your path. 

I think newcomer classes are very important and firmly
believe in them. But, not everyone is like me.

I have found that most people simply do not
understand/know what peerage is. And most, after
explaining completely understand that while it isnt
against "rules" it is just a respect thing.
