[MR] A&S Displays/Competitions - Caer Mear Baronial Birthday March 8th

Good afternoon,

At Caer Mear's 30th Birthday Celebration on March 8th, there will be
three separate A&S events:

1.  An A&S Display of completed works and works in progress.  This can
be in any discipline from any time period.  Documentation is suggested
but NOT required.  Come out and show off your talent!

2.  A Populace Choice competition.  The theme for this competition
will be "Best Use of Red and Blue in a favor".  Again, it can be in
any discipline and for any time period.  Documentation is not
required, but a paragraph or two about the project would be lovely.
Throughout the day the populace will come by and leave tokens for the
item that they believe best fits the theme.  Her Excellency and some
ladies from the gallery will also come by and leave tokens.  The
entrant with the most tokens will be declared the winner.  All
entrants will get to keep all of the tokens left for them throughout
the day.

3. Best Table Setting.  This competition will be held during feast and
will be judged by the Baron and Baroness.  This competition will show
the best use of period items and items found in nature (shells, wood,
etc).   (Barbie and other dolls need not apply).
