Chirurgeon's should be asking for these budgets too.   When my lord is asked
to be a Chirurgeon for an event, he asks about the waterbearing and fighter
fuel arrangements*. If he is expected to provide those services too he asks
on the budget and numbers from the previous years.  He also asks about a
budget to replace the larger supplies that he uses at the event.   $20-$30
to replace ace bandages ($3 each), horsehock braces ($15.00 ea) and other
items**.  This budget is only used if he has to use one of the items at the
event.
