Everyone has brought up very good points.  I do need to clarify that I was
inquiring about the gentles that do kneel and not gentles who for one reason
or another cannot kneel.

I think two pillows sometimes confuse people and they don't know which one
to kneel on so they kneel in the middle of both...why not try just one
pillow between you and HRM and see if people then use it and kneel.
