The Laurel Queen of Arms sent a more detailed announcement to the College 
of Arms earlier. If I am reading that announcement correctly, the Laurel 
Office is going to stop issuing paper copies of the Letter of Acceptance 
and Return to College of Arms members; the LoAR will be sent out by email, 
and made available in the usual place on the College of Arms web site 
(http://www.sca.org/heraldry/loar/).

This does not necessarily affect notification letters sent to submitters 
from their kingdom office. As far as Atlantia is concerned, I believe that 
paper notification letters will continue to be mailed out as before. If 
any changes are to be made to that policy, I suspect that a letter from 
the Triton Principal Herald would appear on this list and in the Acorn.
