  I've done that and been told it's not sufficient.  I've done the longer, more detailed documentation and been told that it's too much, the judges don't have time to read it.  It gets to be very frustrating, because obviously no one is happy with any one way of doing it!
   
  Perhaps, the answer would be to do a 'summary page' in front of the rest of the info?  Though that still doesn't resolve the issue of questions written on the judging sheet that are answered in the documentation.

  I suppose we just keep plugging and hope that someday it gets read!

called an abstract of the documentation. This is about a one page 
"hitting the high points" summary. Judges often do not have time to 
really do justice to the full documentation. So it is a real help to 
have this time saver. All the pictures and references are extra and with 
the full document.
