[MR] Changes to Polling Orders

My view from very, VERY low on any totem pole I could possibly consider:
 I have every faith that if the Polling orders are facing changes that
affect them, they are perfectly capable of defending themselves.  I
mean, I know I'M scared of peers <tongue mostly in cheek>.  I'm sure
that Their Majesties can be rather itimidating, but the Polling Orders
can intimidate right back.
 
Just my very humble opinion.
